The Art Institute of Washington, a nonprofit institution owned and operated by Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC, is not currently enrolling students.The Art Institute of Washington opened in January 2000 in The Ames Center at 1820 North Fort Myer Drive in Arlington, Virginia in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area [1]. The school was a branch of The Art Institute of Atlanta [2] and was accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) [3]. The school closed permanently in the summer of 2018.
