Business Process Analysis
This course will enable students to work effectively with stakeholders to define their business requirements, shape the output of projects and drive successful business outcomes. It also prepares students for the internationally recognized Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification exam by Project Management Institue based on experience.
