AMH 2020

United States History 1865 to Present

The political, economic, social and intellectual development of the people of the United States, from the Civil War to the present. This course contributes to satisfying the College-Level Communication and Computational Skills writing requirement (State Rule 6A-10.030), formerly known as the Gordon Rule, and the civic literacy competency requirement (Florida Statute 1007.25(4)). This course also helps develop the general education skills of 1) Critical/Creative Thinking; (2) Communication; (3) Cultural Literacy.
