Brown University is an amazing school. The academics are great, especially compared to my high school. Brown makes me feel secure and cared all the time. There are so many resources and options for students. Besides, the community here is amazing, people are really kind.

The city of Providence is not very much divided from Brown so of course there are reports of crimes.

The academics are rigorous, but the atmosphere is more relaxed than you would expect from an Ivy League school. The professors are very friendly and collaborative. Its a very safe school with excellent Dorms. Overall, Brown is a very good university.

I really like Brown overall. University provides a good diversity by providing scholarships to minorities in need. One thing I would change that the school does not allow students to live off campus until senior year and the dorms are not so good.
