I am currently attending at the Delano campus. In my experience so far, it is good enough to just get your general education courses out of the way at a cheaper cost and then just transfer out.

I found my experience at Bakersfield College to be extremely rewarding. The professors are great, only problem I’ve had is with the counselors. They don’t seem to take the time to really try to understand your unique situation to make sure you’re taking the right classes at the right time for your career choice. Just do your own research to ask them the right questions.

This school is a welcoming school that truly cares for the well being of their students. Decent enough college. Some professors like to push their own beliefs instead of proper knowledge and facts.

I love the dedication that all professors have towards their students. I like how helpful and passionate the teachers are, you can really tell they care a lot. I don't like any of the food or drink options. Mostly fried food is offered. Theres not even a single coffee stand. The college is also very run down and the class rooms have very old desks and equipment.

Bakersfield College (Delano Campus) is small but has enough classrooms to fulfill your college experience. The school is really good about answering any and all questions I may have, the teachers are also very helpful.

I really admire and appreviate how dedicated all of the professors and staff at Bakersfield College are. I do wish that Bakersfield College would make gaining access to the nursing program much easier.

My experience here was very good. Administration can be lazy and make bad decisions, but the professors are amazing and very helpful. Parking can be a total nightmare though.

After completing my first semester, I came to conclusion that Bakersfield college isn't the best for my education.

The education received here is not up to what it should be and the campus life is very poor.

Bakersfield College is just like a big Kern County High School. From the classes, to the sports, to the student I met along the way. Each class and professor teaches you something different that will help you for the rest of your life. Bakersfield College is the perfect place to get your Associates Degree and a good transitional period from high school to college, and then on to a University if you choose to do so. The friends I made and the life lessons I learned was all with the help of Bakersfield College.
