This course presents a comprehensive, integrative, and practical focus on leadership and management. Along with the strategy and tactics for the Fire Officer who is responsible for commanding one or more companies at the fire or emergency scene. And the basic requirements, applicability and required documents, including such issues as current California requirements for sexual harassment training and HR's role in training.
