This course is designed to train individuals who work or want to work in public schools as para educators (such as aides, assistants, and/or after school staff) The course provides an overview of paraprofessional roles and responsibilities including legal, instruction, evaluation and behavioral issues. This course also looks at support tools and strategies for students belonging to special populations, migrant students, and English Language Learners.
