The student will learn how to identify the parts and the functions of personal computers. Students will be introduced to such varied topics as use of an internet browser, how to establish and maintain an email account, how to navigate such programs as basic word processing and function keys, how to use established databases and search engines to find information on the internet, and how to copy, save, print, and send documents from various sources.
