BIOC 263

Nutritional Biochemistry

Comprehensive study of the metabolism of the macro-nutrients by humans with emphasis on hormonal control of biochemical pathways, nutritional and metabolic interrelationships and dietary disorders. The biochemistry of the micronutrients and vitamins will also be studied.
