Personnel & Supervision in Todays Diverse Organizations
Introduces students to concepts, principles and practices of personnel management and supervision that influence the attainment of desired performance goals in todays public and not-for profit organizations. Course participants will explore issues that influence the successful management of human resources in dynamic employment settings.
