PSYC 320

Exercise Psychology

This course provides an introduction to a) psychological principles affecting exercise initiation and maintenance; and b) psychological outcomes of physical activity and exercise related to mental and physical health. It is an interdisciplinary course integrating Psychology and Exercise Science. It is relevant for students interested in medicine, wellness, education, sports and biology as well as psychology
