Bayesian Inference and Decision

Focuses on the use of Bayesian probability and statistics in both scientific inference and formal decision analysis. The frequency and subjective interpretations of probability are explored, as well as probability and decision making. The course will explore inference for both single-parameter, multiple-parameter, and hierarchical models. A significant amount of time will be devoted to Bayesian computational methods
