Introduction to Social Epidemiology

This course is an introduction to Social Epidemiology, with an emphasis on the theoretical underpinning of social epidemiology and methodologic issues, including definition/measurement of social constructs, appropriate research designs, and analytic approaches. Topics used as lens for understanding social epidemiologic theory and methods focus on global and domestic maternal and child health
