Diagnosis and Management of Mental Health in Primary Care

The focus of this course is on the mental health and well-being of individuals across the life-span. It emphasizes the application of concepts, theories, principles, and research findings needed to provide care for common psychiatric conditions encountered in the primary care setting. The focus of this course is identification of psychiatric conditions as well as treatment strategies and the recognition of situations where a referral is needed
