Problem Analysis in Educational Leadership II

Doctoral level study and application of approaches for investigating research-based and practice-based problems in educational administration and leadership. Extends expertise through analysis and application of problem solving and analytical approaches to administrative problem areas selected by the student. The problem areas addressed may include but are not limited to: budgeting and finance, staff development, operational and strategic planning, law, educational policies, policy formulation, diversity and multiculturalism, instructional leadership, and acquisition and use of technology for administrative purposes
