Timber Design

Concepts of Structural Timber design will be taught. The properties of wood materials will be reviewed and the procedures for the design of typical timber components will be presented. In addition to course assignments, and tests, required of all students, students taking this course for graduate credit will be required to complete a group design of a simple building
