Multimedia Processing

This course aims to provide a broad introduction of Multimedia representation, encoding/compression, storage, and communication. It covers multimedia standards such as JPEG, H 0.261, and MPEG. It also aims to provide an experience with the use, integration, and content-based indexing and retrieval of audio, image, video, and textual sources for some multimedia applications and services
