Theater Practices, Politics, and Social Justice

This class will emphasize performance techniques from master theatre practitioners, as they illuminate the relevance of theatre both as a form of artistic expression and a vehicle for social change. Students will read major dramatic works, attend plays and create original performances exploring issues of political and social concern. Restriction: Restricted to students in the University Honors and Leaders Program (UNHL).
