Advanced Measurement using Item Response Theory

This course will consider theory and methods for the educational and psychological measurement of latent variables using item response theory. Students will understand and be able to apply concepts from item response theory, specifically the Rasch model, to understand, evaluate, and construct measures. Recommended students have Introduction to Statistics and a survey design course.
