Critical Listening for Recording Arts

Students will be trained to recognize: boosts and cuts in different bands of frequencies at increasingly small increments, types of distortion, parameters for compression, delay, reverb and stereo imaging. Students will develop a vocabulary for describing sounds and improving auditory memory
