Leading Organizational Change

Focuses on the tasks and skills of a leader in leading organizational changes. Topics include: diagnosing problems, creating urgency, building the change team, creating a vision, implementing change strategies, sustaining the momentum and making change stick. These tasks and skills are studied in various organizational change contexts. Restriction: Restricted to undergraduate Business majors at a junior standing or higher.
