This course will introduce you to the concepts and methods of transportation engineering, planning and management. This course will emphasize traffic engineering. Topics will include vehicle dynamics, traffic flow fundamentals, accident analysis, signal timing, highway capacity analysis, level of service analysis, freeway operations, and evaluation procedures for alternative transportation projects
