Business Law and Ethics

Students are taught to identify & resolve legal and ethical issues. Topics include contracts, torts, criminal law, constitutional law, business organizations,employment law, intellectual property and real property law. This is a business core course therefore a grade of C or better must be earned to satisfy Business graduation requirements. Restriction: Restricted to undergraduate students at a junior standing or higher. Cross-listed with BLAW 3000, ENTP 3120, and BLAW 4120.
