Introduction to Molecular Research Techniques

Designed to give background knowledge and hands-on experience for a person wanting to work in a molecular-research laboratory. Introduction to basic molecular techniques including micropipetting, making media, DNA and RNA isolation, restriction digest, RT-PCR, and gel electrophoresis.
