Internal Auditing

Intro course for business students and CIA candidates. Topics include: IA fundamentals; IA standards; internal controls; managing the IA department; IA working papers, procedures and evidences; fraud detection and prevention; ethics; evaluation of the IA function, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Restriction: Restricted to graduate majors and NDGR majors with a sub-plan of NBA within the Business School.
