Leadership and Personal Development Lab

Lab The lab component explores the practical applications of the lessons being taught in the classroom. Students will participate as a team member through a variety of group exercises and tactical scenarios. The emphasis is on exploring, and developing skills in decision-making that the student will need in their advanced classes. The lab continues to building on developing knowledge of the leadership attributes and core leader competencies through the understanding of Army rank, structure, and duties as well as broadening knowledge of land navigation, individual, squad, and platoon tactics. Concurrent enrollment in MSCI 1370
