Compensation and Appraisal Systems
A study of the issues involved in planning, processing and administering employee compensation programs and performance appraisal systems. Topics include incentive pay, executive compensation, fringe benefits, health and pension plans, performance appraisal methods, use of appraisals in compensation decisions, and legislation and policies regulating compensation and appraisal systems
