SPAN 101
Conversational Spanish, Elementary
This introductory course provides students with elementary skills for understanding and speaking Spanish. Common expressions needed to communicate in everyday living will be stressed, and emphasis will be on conversation. This course is characterized by an emerging ability to understand and produce appropriate responses in high frequency situ- ations utilizing learned materials. Students will be introduced to various cultural aspects of different Spanish-speaking countries.
