Intermediate Procedures, Physical Therapy Modalities and Procedures

This course introduces the theory and application of massage, soft tissue mobilization techniques, biofeedback, and traction utilized by physical therapist assistants. Through laboratory practice and casebased learning activities, students develop skills in utilizing these modalities and procedures in comprehensive implementation of the physical therapy plan of care.
