Theory of Swimming
The Theory of Swimming course covers all aspects of competitive swimming, including the scientific principles of stroke biomechanics, physiology, psychology of training, workout design, and meet manage- ment. The course will include a review of current regulations of the National Collegiate Athletic Association and the Commission of Athlet- ics. This course was formerly known as PET 364.
