Renaissance Tradition in Art

This course is an introduction to art and architecture from c. 1300 to 1750 in Europe. Material covered includes painting, sculpture, architecture, and other media of the Italian Renaissance and Mannerist periods, 15th-Century Flemish art, the art of the Northern Renaissance, and Baroque and Rococo painting, sculpture, architecture, prints, and other media.
