Thematic, interdisciplinary, and culturally responsive approaches to the application of aesthetic, art historical, and critical theory and methods to instructional practice in elementary and secondary school and community settings. Emphasis on communication theory and the role of visual and textual language in teaching and learning. Development and use of multiple methods of communication and digital instructional resources to measure and improve student performance. Types of evidence of professional growth.
