Project Communication and Human Resource Management

The course explores the multiple communication channels within a project team and between a project and its various stakeholders. The class evaluates leadership styles that creates motivating team atmosphere, guide the team through change and conflict while practicing ethical principles during the project. The course also assess the human resource issues around the management of the performance of all individuals involved in ensuring project success. The class analyzes techniques for teams to understand performance expectations, improve team productivity, and communicate how the project aligns with the organizations strategic goals and objectives.
