Basic Yoga is designed to enhance fitness levels,increase physical coordination, improve posture, and improve flexibility for all fitness levels. Basic Yoga is a complete fitness program that utilizes poses (asanas) and breathing (pranayama) to achieve both physical health improvements as well as decrease stress throughout the practice of yoga and meditation. Students will need to purchase a Yoga mat.
