Foundational Principles for Therapeutic Intervention
This course will introduce counseling theories and techniques commonly used in the mental health field. Emphasis will be on the Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapy disciplines. This class will enable students to learn effective ways to better understand the needs of clients and how to communicate to the client that various options for help that are available to them. Fall
