PED 324

Physical Fitness

Designed for the evaluation and development of personal physical fitness. Hands-on fitness evaluation and exercise prescription for the healthy and cardiac patient are discussed with emphasis on risk factor reduction. This course must be taken with PED 325 and is designed for physical-education majors only.
