Seminar In Human Resource Management

Research in human resource management, including theoretical models and empirical research, is critically examined; topics include gender and race effects, recruitment and selection, socialization and training, career issues, and the changing nature of the employment relationship, compensation systems, international HR issues, and performance appraisal; focus is on understanding and critically analyzing empirical research in HRM in order to evaluate the potential application of HRM practices to complex organizations.
