Management Of Health Care Organizations

Course examines the internal organization and management of health-care facilities. The principles of organization and management will be applied to hospital and nursing-home structure, function, and internal control. The roles of management and professional services will be examined. Management's responsibilities for cost and quality control, as well as the development of proactive marketing strategies, will be discussed. Counts as nonbusiness elective for business students.
