Real Estate Investment
Analysis of factors that determine the investment returns and value of real estate versus other alternatives. The curriculum examines decision making from the perspective of institutional, as well as individual, investors, and the estimation of risk and return in an individual property and portfolio context. Review of current research in these areas, the implications of the results, and further directions for study.
