ESE 520

Assess/Curr/Instruct to meet Acad/Behav Needs of Students w Mod/Int Disabilities

Exploration of issues related to assessment, curriculum theory, IEP development, use of technology, and educational approaches for individuals with severe disabilities. Emphasis on teaching academic skills, social and emotional behaviors, and career and life skills. Required for licensure as a Moderate/Intensive Intervention Specialist. This course requires 35 hours of field experience.
