This course focuses on a Korean style of Karate called Pu Kang Tang Soo Do. Students will learn technique execution, low stances, high chambers for kicks, erect posture and flowing and focused movements. The four basic skill components include marching basics, kata, one-steps and slow motion sparing. This course fulfills Physical Education and Recreation: Leisure and Lifetime Activities Core
