Core Strength Training and Balance

This course offers students an introduction to exercises which help develop and improve stability, as well as promote symmetry of strength and mobility. Special emphasis will be placed on assessment and addressing weaknesses related to core strength and balance. Proper use of Physio-Balls, bands, and Bosu balls will be implemented. This course fulfills Physical Education and Recreation: Personal Fitness Core
