Introduction to Kinesiology

An exploration of human movement in work, leisure, play, sport, fitness and similar settings. This study of personal development in, about, and through physical activity builds on a Christian understanding of the human body and the place of physical activity and personal development in the Christian life and includes biological, social and philosophical factors that affect health and wholeness in populations around the world. A gateway course designed to develop wonder and possibilities from and for professions and content areas in Kinesiology and related fields
