Preparation for Graduate Programs in the Physical and Mental Health Professions

This course will explore the application and interview process required for pre-doctoral students. The course is designed specifically to meet the needs of pre-health students with a specific interest in medicine, dentistry and other physical health related professions (e.g. PA, PT, MD/DO, DDS etc.). Topics covered include an overview of the application process, writing the personal statement, professionalism, current issues in the medical sciences, financial planning for graduate school, and the traditional and multiple mini interview process
