Special Topics in Environmental Geology

Use of geologic methods and interpretations in understanding and resolving geologic problems relating to the environment. Emphasis on energy systems and global impacts, including fossil fuels and renewable energy resources, mineral and water resources, and geologic hazards associated with landslides, earthquakes, and volcanic events.
