This course examines the knowledge and skills required to become an educator who identifies as a Christian early childhood professional, who can administer programs, who understands and works with children and families from diverse backgrounds, who can recognize and report child abuse and neglect, who is a strong advocate for children and families and who is a reflective practitioner committed to life-long learning
