BUS 394

Business Capstone

Teams of students work with a business or nonprofit organization to develop a detailed plan regarding an actual challenge or opportunity. This allows students to integrate and apply knowledge, skills and virtues drawn from their recent coursework. Students develop models of the organization and of the environment in which the organization operates so that the issue and solution are appropriately contextualized. Deliverables include analysis reports, solution proposals, and implementation plans. Students reflect on how Christian beliefs and virtues affect their plans and affect their work in the project environment
