Graphic Design

The second of a three-part sequence (together with Arts 255 and Arts 355), this course focuses on the development of a visual syntax using the WYSYWIG editors of Adobe inDesign. Students will learn how to translate linear texts into grids and hierarchical structures with an eye toward the spatial relationships of visual semantics.
