Government/Not-for-Profit Accounting

This course is an examination of accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting for state and local governments, the Federal government, and not-for-profit entities. Focus areas will include the recording, reporting, and evaluation of financial information prepared in accordance with accounting standards as promulgated by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) and the Financial Accounting Board Standards (FASB) as applied to Not-for-profit entities
