Orientation to Graduate Studies in RPTA

Course covers several topics related to the MS degree program in Recreation, Parks & Tourism Administration. Students will understand requirements and expectations of the program, develop a tentative degree plan and timeline, and learn about different options for the Culminating Experience. Course will review several other aspects important to graduate students, including deadlines and paperwork, library and research resources, Office of Graduate Studies resources, scholarships, life-school balance, graduate school terminology, and financial aid and funding resources, etc.
